By paying for the services of Star Pronunciation you enter into an agreement with Star Pronunciation and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

In this document the terms “you” or “user” or “user” refer to the individual or business who purchases or intends to purchase SP (Star Pronunciation) services.
The Star Pronunciation website www.starpronunciation.com is owned by ‘Star Pronunciation’ trading as SpeechMatters pty ltd, refered to as ‘Star Pronunciation,’ ‘SP’ ‘we’ or ‘us’ in this document. Star Pronunciation is a training service offered through www.starpronunciation.com and assoicated parters. Star pronunciation has employees and contractors who we refer to as a ‘representative,’ ‘staff’ or ‘team member.’
Copyright and Proprietary Right
All Star Pronunciation material is protected by copyright and is not able to be copied or used in any way by you or any other party without permission from the Star Pronunciation author.
You may not reproduce upload, post, transmit or re-distribute any part of the Star Pronunciation course, or any material residing on www.starpronunciation.com. You may not use the content of this website for the teaching of students in a commercial environment or to distribute printed materials or audio content to any other party. Star Pronunciation videos are not to be copied or recorded.

You represent, warrant and agree that you will use Star Pronunciation services for your own training purposes only.
Access is for one user / individual only. An organisation must purchase a course for every individual.
The sharing, copying or distribution of Star Pronunciation’s passwords, usernames and course materials is strictly prohibited.
Unlawful or Prohibited Use
You will not use the site or the contents of this site for any purpose that is unlawful for the purposes of any state, federal or local law.
Responsibility for Content
While we have taken the utmost care to ensure that this material is accurate and of the highest quality we cannot guarantee it will meet your needs, will be uninterrupted or error free.
Star Pronunciation does not accept any liability for any error or omission. Use of content on this website is at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify Star Pronunciation for any damages, loss cost or expense which may be incurred by you using the Star Pronunciation course materials.

Payment
The user shall pay for Star Pronunciation services in advance in accordance with the procedure and prices that are outlined on the checkout page of the Star Pronunciation website.

Web and Associated Technology Infrastructure
Information transmitted via the Star Pronunciation website will pass over public telecommunications networks. Star Pronunciation makes no representation or warranty that the operation of the Star Pronunciation website will be uninterrupted or error free and disclaims all liability in respect thereof.
Viruses
While Star Pronunciation makes all reasonable attempts to exclude viruses and malicious code from the Star Pronunciation website, it cannot ensure such exclusion and no liability is accepted for viruses. It is recommended that you to take all appropriate safeguards before downloading information from this site.
Subscription Period
Passwords issued for Star Pronunciation are issued on a strictly single-user subscription basis for a period of 15 weeks from the date of first accessing the content. After this subscription period has expired, Star Pronunciation will send you an email advising that your course access has expired.
Refund Policy
Once a user purchases Star Pronunciation’s services, the sale is final, and no refunds will be available. Transfers of subscriptions to different users will be allowed if the original user has not accessed the course and with express written permission of Star Pronunciation. Star Pronunciation reserves the right to refuse such exchanges, or transfers.
Support
Support requests regarding access to the system, errors or faults should be forwarded to [email protected] describing the nature of the problem, your operating system, browser version and any other details that may assist us in troubleshooting your issue. A Star Pronunciation representative will attend to your issue and contact you when it is resolved or if further information is required.
Withdrawal of a Course
In the event that a course is withdrawn from the Star Pronunciation course list, you may apply for the refund of the course fee, however, no other compensation or remedy shall be available.
Confirmation
On receipt of a registration and payment receipt, a letter of acknowledgement will be sent by email to the user.
Within 24 hours following payment the user will be sent an email inviting them to enrol in the course. They will use this invitation email to access the Litmos console and set up their own log in details.
Notification
Any notification to the user will be deemed effective if sent by email to the last known email address of the user.
Your Internet Connection
As recommended at the point of purchase, please ensure you complete the Computer and Internet Checklist before purchasing a course. The quality of your internet streaming is dependent on many factors. While we strive to provide you a high quality viewing experience, we make no guarantee as to the resolution or quality of the lessons you will receive when streaming.
Pricing Adjustments
Star Pronunciation reserves the right to alter our discount / pricing structures listed on our website at any time. Naturally we will always do our best to give adequate notice. Once a course is commenced by a user we will not alter the pricing structure for the duration of their course.
Breach of the Agreement
In the event the user breaches a term or condition of this agreement Star Pronunciation has the right to cancel this agreement and the user’s license to use the course’s purchased.
If Star Pronunciation believes the user is breaching or has breached the terms of this agreement, Star Pronunciation reserves the right to cancel and remove user access. In such cases a refund will not be issued.
In the event that you breach a term or condition of this agreement, Star Pronunciation reserves the right to commence proceedings to recover damages against you.
Applicable Law
This agreement and this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Disclaimer shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Victoria, Australia.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
These terms may be varied from time to time at our sole discretion. Please ensure that you review these terms regularly. Your continued use of the site will constitute acceptance of all variations to the terms and conditions.
